This service provides real-time descriptions of visual elements for certain performances via a headset.

Surtitles

All our operas are surtitled in french and in english, regardless the language in which they are sung!

Programmes in braille or large print

These programmes incorporate information on the sets, costumes
and movements, and are available for all performances
with audio description.

Touch tour of the set

Audience members who choose the audio description option may also benefit from a touch tour of the set before the performance begins.

Free of charge, upon presentation of a ticket for the performance of the day.

Smart glasses

Surtitles available in English, Dutch, French (including in large
print). Surtitles are projected via the glasses without compromising
stage visibility.

For the season 2026-27 :
Smart glasses available on every representation of Alcina, Mars, Maria de Buenos Aires and Otello.

They are free of charge but must be booked when purchasing tickets.

Assistive listening devices

The hearing loop is a free of charge option allowing hearing aid users to hear the sound from a performance amplified through headphones.

For technical reasons, hearing loops are available for all performances except those featuring audio description.
