The ticket office is accessible via rue Léon Trulin, on the side of the Opera.

The ticket counters are open:

• Tuesday through Friday from 1:30 pm to 6 pm
• Saturday from de 12:30 pm to 6 pm.

On performance nights, the ticket office stays open until the show begins.

Bicycles and scooters

A free and supervised parking area for bicycle and scooter is available on days when performances are held in the Grande salle. It is located on boulevard Carnot, along the Opera (outdoor parking).

Finding a parking spot in the town centre can be difficult. Make sure you set off early enough and try to carpool.

By bus (groups)

• Coach park at the Citadelle (near the parking Petit Paradis): 25 spots, free
• A few parking spots along the boulevard de Leeds (Lille Europe train station) are available for coaches.

A quick drop-off is permitted in front of the Visitor Center on Place Rihour.

Buses are not permitted to park on rue Léon Trulin.
