The ticket office is open during: Journée européenne du patrimoine (Heritage Day), Happy Days, Opera Games, performance nights.
The ticket office is closed during : public holidays, Braderie de Lille, end-of-year festivities, summer season (mid-July – late August)

Discount Passes and reduced rates
To take advantage of the special rates available to you, supporting documents must be sent or presented at the ticket office and before entering the Hall (Passes, ID card, up-to-date proof for job-seekers, RSA and holders of disability and mobility inclusion cards…).
Passes holders must present their Pass each performance night.

Postponement of a date or performance
You can exchange your tickets for another date or performance up to 48 hours before the performance date, subject to availability.
